About Evan

As a fifth-generation Oregonian with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, I have a lifelong connection to the land. My ancestors settled in Sherman County in the late 1880s, raising grain and cattle. Growing up immersed in agriculture, I gained firsthand experience in farming and ranching, which has become an invaluable asset in my real estate career.

I earned a degree in Agricultural Business Management from Oregon State University, providing me with the financial and operational knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of rural property transactions. Since becoming a real estate broker, I have helped buyers and sellers close deals across Oregon and Idaho, spanning a diverse range of properties, including large working cattle ranches, irrigated farms, timber and hunting properties, waterfront acreage, and luxury rural estates.

My real-world experience in production agriculture allows me to offer clients a unique advantage—understanding the challenges and opportunities that come with owning and managing rural properties. Whether it’s evaluating water rights, grazing capacity, or soil productivity, I take pride in offering expert insight to help my clients make informed decisions.

I am also proud to have completed the rigorous requirements to become an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) through the Realtors Land Institute, a designation that underscores my expertise in land brokerage and my commitment to serving my clients with the highest level of professionalism.

My family and I live in the Burnt River Valley of Eastern Oregon, where we raise commercial cattle and are growing a registered Angus and Hereford operation. My background, honesty, and work ethic enable me to relate to clients from all walks of life—whether they’re lifelong ranchers, investors, or those looking to trade city life for open spaces. I take a solutions-oriented approach, working tirelessly to close deals and help clients achieve their goals.

If you’re looking to buy or sell farm, ranch, or rural property in the Pacific Northwest, I’d be honored to help.
